A Conversation with Sam Sarr – The Farewell – Lobster Thursday
Since I was the one who started my conversation (by force) with Sam Sarr, I thought it would be appropriate for me to finish it. I don’t want to risk doing myself a disservice by not finishing something I started.
Sam, sa yaram jama? I hope you had a good campaign rek? Massa chornor y! Mba namulor dara kai? Too bad Jammeh lost. But I’m sure you have faith in the Almighty Allah and will graciously concede like Jammeh. If not, we will force you to. Anyway, I just wanted to quickly wrap-up the conversation I started with you, so this will be a short one.
Sam: I will anyway conclude by telling them that they have the choice to either continue living another five years in misery or take the progressive route of supporting the APRC government of His Excellency, Sheikh Professor Dr Alhaji Yahya A. J. J. Jammeh, Babilli Mansa on December 2nd 2016 when he will be declared winner of the presidential elections. In doing so, they will be free to enjoy the beauty of the moment he has created for all Gambians wherever they may be living.
Me: Sam, another five years in misery or take the progressive route of supporting the APRC are both miseries, you can’t tell hana? Is that how much you are blinded by your temporary interest, which is no more? Well, it’s December 8th 2016, a week after the elections and Jammeh has been declared the BIG LOSER, and I hope the message reaches you in your hole. You said “December 2nd 2016 when he will be declared winner of the presidential elections.” Father yow yaa muna duul! Ebrima Toubab (aka Benny Williamsson) sah yako daha duul, teh morm kuko giss hamneh dafa haram teh Yallah hamnaneh duul rek la munn. No star nga! Nitt ku nyul bu munn toubab. Sarra Ngunu y!
Sam: I expect the Diaspora dissidents who are yet to prove to the world their self-worth to take a hard look at themselves after December 2nd, 2016 and make the appropriate choice of giving up their bad choices and adopt the good ones. And that is to support the APRC government and its wonderful leader His Excellency, Sheikh Professor Dr Alhaji Yahya A. J. J. Jammeh, Babili Mansa.
Me: Sam, you wanted Diaspora dissidents to prove their self-worth? How do you like them now? Well, it is now time for you to make the appropriate choice of finding a decent enough rock to hide under. You can recruit some APRC top dogs to join you in your army of losers, and I will suggest for you to contact Malick Mbye first. Your MASTER is no more, Sam!
Sam: Long live His Excellency Sheikh, Professor Doctor Alhagie Yahya A. J. J. Jammeh, Babili Mansa, president and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed and security forces.
Me: Sam, I dare you to call his name one more time. Just say it again! Belie walie talie, I will f**king shoot you in your other leg! 🔫😂😂😂
Anyway, now that you have sold your soul to the DEVIL, you will get to live with it. You are both drowning in a sea of disgrace and shame, and I don’t see any lifeguards around. I’m tempted to tell you that no relationship is ever worth sacrificing your dignity or self-respect for, but I’m not convinced you have dignity or self-respect. Your actions and words are not on the bad side of history, they are on the rotten side of history. I will not be surprised if your conscience decides to file for divorce, for your load is too hefty. A world without truth doesn’t exist, and you cannot substitute truth with lies. Power to the people! Good over evil, always. So long Sam!
